LOWER BACK STRETCH: Change to reverse arm float position resting the neck on the pillow and allowing the spine to straighten out.

IN-WATER PEDALING:  Simply rest your head on the headrest while using the float in the traditional forward position allowing your arms to rest and the legs out in front to freely start to pedal.   Don’t forget to include your water bottle for that custom beverage holder.
