The Products are available to individuals who are 6+ years of age or older. By using the Products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age while supervising individuals under 14+ in age.
3. Purchase of Products
To purchase Products, you must create an account on the Float’n Thang website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Prices and Shipping
The prices for Products are listed on the Float’n Thang website. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
5. Returns and Refunds
You may return Products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To return a Product, you must contact Float’n Thang customer service and obtain a return authorization number. You must then ship the Product back to Float’n Thang at your own expense—details noted on the return policy.

Float’n Thang warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a Product is defective, Float’n Thang will repair or replace the Product at its option.
